Interview by Portuguese television SIC
For its series 'Europa XXI' about universities in Europe, SIC interviewed Prof. Balu. The interview was used in 2 editions of the programme: one edition about Ghent University (emitted on 13 November 2010), and one edition devoted entirely to Prof. Balagangadhara's India Platform vision (emitted on 18 December 2010).
